All the people want to stay in good health. Health is better than wealth. It is true that health is the first step to success. Imagine this, if you’re sick, all you can do is to stay in bed and do nothing at all, how can you chase after your dreams?But if you’re in good health, you can overcome the adversities you ever encounter and make your dreams come true. Since health is so important for everybody, how can we maintain and enhance our health? There are some useful suggestions:
First of all, we should lead to a regular life. Early to bed and early to rise makes a healthy man. Do not stay up late. Some people love to play cell phones games or reading electronic-books before sleep, this can be bad for the health. We should remember to turn off the phones before sleep. Second, don’t be too particular about food. Try to eat more fruit and vegetables and less sugars and soft drinks. If you want to eat a bar of chocolate, eat an apple instead. If you want to drink milk tea or coffee, drink water instead. Don’t eat too much meat in one week. Last but not least, we should do exercise everyday. There are many exercises for us to choose. Such as, swimming, jogging, square dancing, playing badminton and so on. Doing exercise can increase the circulation of blood and enhance our immune system. The one who in better immune system, the less disease he will have.

I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. Finally, eating properly, having good rest and building normal daily routine are aslo important to health.

I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldn"t eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.
Don"t eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Don"t spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. It"s good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.
Our healthy is the only things we really have in the world. You can take away our money, our house, or our clothes and we can survive. Take away our health and we will die. That is why I eat healthfully, exercise regularly, and keep up my social life.
Eating healthfully is important to maintain one’s health. I try to avoid foods high in fat like French fries or cookies. I also try to limit the amount o f animal protein I consume. I never eat more than a few ounces of fish or chicken a day and I rarely eat meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of fiber and vitamins. It is important to know how to cook these foods so the nutrients are not lost in the cooking process.
Your muscles must continue to be strong to support your body as it grows older. Exercise helps the bones build density and helps you maintain your posture. A regular exercise program of cardiovascular training and weight training is an important part of keeping you healthy.
Friends are an important part of one’s health. Studies have shown that people with a wide range of social contacts get fewer colds and have fewer complaints than those who don’t. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends and I always feel better when I am with them than when I am alone.
By eating properly and exercise regularly, I can keep my body at an appropriate weight and can maintain my health. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. It’s all part of my recipe for healthful living.
The older I grow, the more I appreciate children. Now, at my 80th birthday, I salute them again. Children are the most wholesome part of the race, the sweetest, for they are freshest from the hand of God. Whimsical, ingenious, mischievous, they fill the world with joy and good humor. We adults live a life of apprehension as to what they will think of us; a life of defense against their terrifying energy; a life of hard work to live up to their great expectations. We put them to bed with a sense of relief---and greet them in the morning with delight and anticipation. We envy them the freshness of adventure and the discovery of life. In all these ways, children add to the wonder of being alive. In all these ways, they help to keep us young.

So,in hospital,everyday,you can see many people.But,how can we keep good health?Every morning,we must do some exercises.We needn"t much time on it,15 minutes enough to do it. Doing exercises is important,but I think have healthy food is much more important .More vegetables and fruits,Less meat. Have good sleeping and you will be much healthy than before!
